Not many people are able to spend time browsing the Haichuan website on a daily basis at work, especially young professionals working on the front lines. Apart from the situation where their employers provide a computer per person for work purposes (which is likely not common), who can browse Haichuan as they please? Yet they are probably those who have the strongest need for the Haichuan forum, for technical exchanges and information retrieval. Suggestion: Add 1 point automatically for every 5 valid posts published.
That way, the quality of the posts will decline; increase the frequency of spamming

Everyone needs to find a way; the key is to take action. Taking action means making progress. The systems established are not entirely reasonable; we can still make modifications. I think this system is good. Don’t assume everyone is that bad; on professional forums like these, there are relatively few bad people

I think it’s better to leave things as they are, but as moderators (members should as well) one should rate good posts promptly, especially those from newer members, to encourage them in a timely manner. As new members in the lower grades, it is also important to have a proactive attitude, as this will contribute to the development of the forum. When giving ratings, I always give priority to members with lower ranks; I feel reluctant to rate moderators and experienced forum users, first because my rating points are limited, and second because they don’t care about my modest scores.
Xuehua Piaopiao shares the same view as me: I give grades to students in the lower grades as well, in order to encourage them and keep them around.
