I use gutter oil to produce biodiesel, and I don’t want to use a distillation device. I want to find a simple way to remove the carbon residue in the biodiesel. I did acidification, degumming and impurity removal during the pre-treatment of the raw oil, but the product still had carbon residue. Later, I tried adding a carbon remover to the product. The effect was only a little better, but it still couldn’t be completely removed. After the product was distilled, it was completely removed, but I can’t use the distillation equipment. I would like to ask my friends who has a better way.
