According to the operating experience of some manufacturers and the information provided by Linde, by controlling the ammonia content in circulating methanol at 30 to 60 mmol/l, the corrosion of the system can be effectively inhibited, and the absorption capacity of the methanol solution can be improved, reducing the amount of methanol circulating in the system. flow, reducing system energy consumption, but too high ammonia content will affect the normal operation of methanol thermal regeneration tower C4, causing the H2S content in the purified gas and CO2 product gas to exceed the standard. Generally, when the ammonia content in circulating methanol does not exceed 100ppm, it will not cause adverse effects on the system.
Our factory requires that the lean liquid should not be greater than 30ppm and the rich liquid should not be less than 160ppm.~~~
