Questions regarding the foundation of centrifugal air compressors

Our unit has newly installed a Sullair centrifugal compressor. One of the technical requirements for installing this equipment is that the levelness of the foundation must be within 0.005%. However, during the civil engineering work, the manufacturer’s specifications had not yet been received, which resulted in a large error in the levelness of the foundation. According to the manufacturer’s requirements, the height of the shims at the bottom of the equipment should not exceed 13 mm; yet after we carried out leveling adjustments, the highest shim stack reached 55 mm. We are now planning to use BY-60 self-leveling grout to carry out a second grouting process for the entire foundation. We are concerned that this might have an adverse effect on the operation of the equipment in the future, and we would like to seek advice from everyone. If any of the experts have other good methods, please let us know as well
The baseline level is way too high. Let’s see if lowering the elevation of the equipment a bit will work, as a slight reduction in elevation has little impact on the manufacturing process
