Is it okay to remove the insulation? What impact will it have on the converter and its operation?

The jacket water eventually reaches the deoxidation tank, which cannot be used. Isn’t it a waste of water? Insufficient water supply to the water jacket ; 5. The jacket cooling water return pressure is too high ; 6. The thermal insulation lining of the conversion furnace is damaged or partially peeled off. ; 7. Abnormal local temperature of the reforming furnace, etc.
