Catalyze the initial startup by using diesel to facilitate circulation within the middle and light diesel systems, as well as in the oil sealing, re-refining, slurry, and feedstock systems. After the oil is removed, the distillation tower is washed and vented to create the conditions necessary for safely removing the large blind flanges on the oil and gas systems. Shouldn’t this involve washing the tower first before transporting the oil?
