The poster can weld a pad of appropriate size under the straight legs of each device, then drill several bolt holes in the pad, allowing the devices to be fixed to the steel platform using bolts. If the thickness of your steel platform is not very great and the equipment is heavy, in order to secure it better, you can also weld several steel ingots at the points on the platform where the equipment is to be fixed, so as to enable bolted connection with the shims at the bottom of the straight legs.
The beam should still serve as the foundation, with tie beams added between them to ensure that the loads are distributed across the main beams. Please correct me! !
I also think that bolts should be used to secure the beams, but the size of those beams should be determined by the structural engineering team through calculations. I’m not sure exactly how these bolts are connected to the beams. When providing requirements to the structural engineering team, should I specify the positions of the bolts and the height at which they should protrude, just as is done for tower-type structures?
