How to install PRO2 7.1?

I won’t install PRO2 7.1. During installation, I encountered the Maker Security Option and wasn’t sure which one to choose. The first time I selected the third option; after installation, when I opened the software, it asked me for a registration code or something similar. I uninstalled it and tried installing it again, this time choosing the first option, but when I opened the software, it said “unable to initialize security”. So how exactly should I proceed with the installation? I saw someone mention something called a LIC file; what is that? If anyone has specific installation instructions, please send them to my email lordbeatles@yahoo.com.cn or give me some guidance; I would be extremely grateful!
Look for the installation instructions for 6.0 and the 6.0 license file; they are applicable universally. However, both 7.1 and 8.0 are not very stable, often crashing for no reason. It is recommended to install 6.0 or 8.1, 8.2, etc.
