Horizontal chemical centrifugal pump, ALWH series produced by Shanghai Orli, is an intermittent pure water pump. In less than 3 hours after starting the pump, the bearing temperature rose from 40 degrees to 80 degrees (rated current 70A, the general current is between 50 and 60A during operation). The operating noise is also very loud. I wonder if there is a problem with the bearing? Please also give me some advice
Check whether the oil level in the pump bearing box is too high or too low. Generally, the operating oil level is 1/2. If it is too high or too low, the pump will have a high bearing temperature.; Check the vibration of the pump bearings and listen to see if there are any abnormal sounds and whether the bearings are damaged. ; Check whether the pump ground angle bolts are not tightened or the vibration caused by poor foundation grouting causes the bearing to overheat. ;
1. Review the alignment situation; 2. Use condition monitoring instruments to monitor speed and acceleration values, which can provide judgment directions.
Loud noise and high bearing temperatures! It may be caused by poor bearing lubrication and dry running of the bearing! 1. Check the oil level and lubricating oil in the bearing box ; 2. Check the matching dimensions of the bearing and the bearing seat hole, as well as the matching dimensions of the bearing and the shaft. ; 3. Check the bearing quality. :)
Check traffic to see if it is overloaded?
1. The center lines of the pump shaft and the motor shaft are misaligned 2. The shaft is bent 3. The bearings are worn 4. The pump produces cavitation 5. The rotating part and the fixed part are worn 6. The rotating part is out of balance 7. The inlet valve is closed
1. If the temperature of the medium you transport is above 100 degrees, the fuel tank must be equipped with a cooling device or the fuel tank must have a forced heat sink.; 2. If the temperature of the medium you are transporting is not high, you can check whether the lubricating oil number is correct and whether the load exceeds the standard; 3. If none of the above is true, there is a problem with your pump processing, assembly, and bearing quality!
Can operating oil levels that are too high cause bearing temperatures to be too high? This doesn't seem to happen with our pumps.
Check the motor. If the current is not high, it means the connection is not a big problem. There may be a problem with the motor bearings.
Is the cooling water volume insufficient?
The pump head bearing seat is short of oil, or the bearing is seized or goes unilaterally, which are all causes of heat generation.
