I recently got a new drawing from our factory, a 6.5MPA coal-water slurry pressurized gasification. I took a general look at it today and found that there are several changes. I would like to ask experts to discuss the advantages and disadvantages compared with the traditional process. 1. The medium-pressure steam purge is cancelled, leaving only the high-pressure nitrogen plug and high-pressure nitrogen purge oxygen, coal slurry pipeline, and new high-pressure nitrogen between the second oxygen cut-off valve and the oxygen burner manual valve. 2. The oxygen center oxygen pipeline is equipped with a programmable flow control valve without any adjustment loop and temperature and pressure compensation. And then add a high-pressure nitrogen. 3. The oven is all controlled by the central control, including the steam of the suction device and the oven burner belt. I have only seen these for now. I will look at the rest in the past few days. The current coal chemical industry has not changed much! The first two processes we implemented a few years ago are the same as yours, and even the pipeline design is the same. However, the third point of the poster's oven is much more advanced than ours. Our oven's central control only has temperature display and diesel and gas volume adjustment. You have added natural health care and steam suction adjustment, which makes it much more convenient. I would like to ask the original poster, does it have to be removed when your oven is drying?
Why is medium pressure steam purging unnecessary? It not only has the function of purging but also degreasing. If some stubborn coal slurry sticks to the pipeline and cannot be blown off, the effect of steam blowing is much better.
There seems to be some problem with the second change, so I would rather do a security analysis.
