Review of the PDS model in Phase 3

At this stage, as the project developer, where should they start? On which specific items should the focus be placed? I would appreciate any advice from fellow travelers who have had similar experiences.5.1.1 Tasks:
- Establish a database specific to the project; standard components can be disregarded for now.
- Create models and locate all equipment (including complete sets of equipment).
- Develop models of structures (steel and concrete structures) such as frames and pipe racks.
- Create models of pipelines on the pipe racks, as well as models of fixing or restraining structures.
- Develop models of the main pipelines that determine the location of the equipment.
- Design concrete floors, paving surfaces, and roads.
- Define and mark escape routes.
- Design cable trays for major electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Determine the shape of buildings such as control rooms.
- Identify areas for lifting, dragging, and craning, as well as the operating range of cranes.
- Develop models of the main underground pipelines.
5.1.2 Deliverables:
- Preliminary layout diagrams of equipment.
- Preliminary layout diagrams of equipment foundations.
- Preliminary layouts for electrical/instrumentation cables.
- Layout diagrams of main underground pipelines.
- Review 30% of the models.
5.2 Phase 2: 60% of the total progress is completed in this phase.
5.2.1 Tasks:
- Update the database.
- Update the main steel structures, pipe racks, secondary structures, and supports based on calculations.
- Develop detailed models of pipelines with a diameter of 2” or more, as well as models of various valve assemblies.
- Design platforms, ladders, and passages for maintenance or valve operation.
- Arrange eyewash stations and showers.
- Design supports for major and special pipelines (general-purpose supports).
- Design supports for insulated pipelines and supports for bare pipelines.
- Determine the exact paths of floor-mounted instruments and cable trays.
- Define the shape of instrument junction boxes and control panels.
- Make modifications or confirm the feedback from the review of 30% of the models.
5.2.2 Deliverables:
- Construction drawings for main steel structures and pipe racks.
- Diagrams showing the positions of equipment connections.
- Preliminary axonometric diagrams of main pipelines, MTO statistics, and preliminary stress analysis reports.
- Updated layouts for electrical and instrumentation cable trays.
- Complete collision checks for Phase 2.
- Review 60% of the models.
5.3 Phase 3: 90% of the total progress is completed in this phase.
5.3.1 Tasks:
- Complete the development of the database for pipeline components.
- Make modifications or confirm the feedback from the review of 60% of the models.
- Complete models of secondary and auxiliary steel structures.
- Finalize the models of equipment.
- Improve the pipeline models from Phase 2 and develop models for insulated pipelines with a diameter of 2” or less.
- Develop models for supports for such pipelines.
- Develop standard general-purpose supports for pipelines with a diameter of 2” or more.
- Final feedback will be provided at this stage; the models are essentially complete, and a review meeting for 90% completion of the models will be held.
5.3.2 Deliverables:
- Construction drawings for other structures.
- Preliminary axonometric diagrams of remaining pipelines.
- Construction-level axonometric diagrams of major process pipelines.
- Third set of MTO data extracted from the models.
- Layout diagrams for electrical and instrumentation cables.
- Complete collision checks for Phase 3.
- Feedback from the review meeting for 90% completion of the models.
5.4 Phase 4: 100% of the total progress is completed in this phase.
5.4.1 Tasks:
- Make modifications or confirm the feedback from the review of 90% of the models.
- Develop models for bare pipelines with a diameter of 2” or less.
- Develop standard general-purpose supports for pipelines with a diameter of 2” or less.
- Finalize the pipeline models.
5.4.2 Deliverables:
- Construction-level axonometric diagrams of remaining pipelines.
- Plan views of pipelines (construction version).
- Complete the final MTO analysis, and prepare statistics related to insulation and painting materials.
- Conduct final collision checks
