In the high-pressure heater, steam flows through the shell side, while the water to be heated flows through the tube side. The heat exchanger is designed in three sections: a superheating section, a condensing section, and a subcooling section. The spacing between the baffles in each section is different. In both the superheating section and the subcooling section, a casing is used to enclose the baffles in these sections. I would like to ask the experts: how are the casing, the outer shell, and the pipes at the joints connected to each other? Thank you! It would be best to have a schematic diagram. The casing is not connected to the outer shell; it is welded to the nozzle. What was said on the second floor isn’t correct; the cladding of the superheated section is not connected to the outer shell. The cladding of the cold section is connected to the outer shell; if the cladding is not connected to the shell, it must still be connected to the tube sheet. Additionally, GB 10865-89 has been replaced by JB/T8190-1995, and now we are using JB/T8190-1999.
