Since the company’s steam demand is less than the steam production capacity of the waste heat boiler for burning waste materials together (35 tons/h), even operating at 50% load would be excessive; 10 tons of steam per day is sufficient for production needs. Therefore, the management decided to modify the boiler to burn only purge gas and analysis gas, with some water gas added for mixed combustion. What should be done? I have no experience with gas stoves or older models of waste treatment furnaces; does anyone have any information on that? Many old plants only use purge gas and analysis gas. Let me do it! The proper combustion of low-calorific-value fuels such as blast air and analysis gas is our greatest strength! Before our technology was developed, the theoretical combustion temperature of blast furnace gas was only 900 degrees, making it impossible to use it in steel rolling heating furnaces (which require temperatures of 1200–1280 degrees); it could only be vented. Now, we can use it in steel rolling heating furnaces (without mixing it with other fuels!) ), and it is also used to produce high-pressure superheated steam at 3.84 MPA for power generation!
