How to extract a single-line graph in PDsoft software?

Why can’t I generate a single-line diagram even though I follow the instructions? All that appears are tilted Chinese characters. Has anyone encountered this issue?
Are you referring to the ISO diagram? Are the pipeline numbers correct? Strict requirements apply when creating ISO diagrams; there must be no errors in the installation diagrams.
Check if there are any issues with the model; also take a look at the pipeline numbers for modelcheck and DESIGNCHECK. Then verify whether there are any missing ISO diagram template files in the SYS folder. Mine has never had any problems
