As the title indicates, what type of chemical enterprises are referred to as “chemical production units” in the 8 AQ standards (AQ 2021–2028)? Are chemical using units included as well? In AQ3013-2008 General Specifications for Safety Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals Handling Enterprises, 3.1 defines a hazardous chemicals enterprise as an enterprise that is established in accordance with the law and is engaged in the production, operation, use, or storage of hazardous chemicals; it can also refer to a unit that operates independently in terms of cost accounting and is involved in such activities. Furthermore, these 81 AQ standards are not all aimed at chemical manufacturing units

The scope of chemical production units is wide, including both ordinary chemical production units and those that produce hazardous chemicals.
Applicable to units involved in the production, operation, use, and storage of chemicals
What is said now doesn’t carry much weight; wait until the official version of the standards is released, and then we can look into the technical terms and related explanations.
In that case, wouldn’t it also apply to food manufacturing companies? . ?
