1. Preparation before water transportation 1) Purge and pressure test, and the detected problems have been rectified. 2) The pump inlet filter screen, pressure gauge, etc. are installed correctly, and the safety valve is installed after setting the pressure. 3) Add blind plates to pipelines that have nothing to do with water transport, especially the gas and gas lines. 4) Contact dispatch to prepare for water diversion. 5) Close all valves, paying special attention to steam lines. 6) Open the top of each tower, vent the bottom of the tower, and vent the bottom of the container. 7) The overload red line is marked on the ammeter of each motor. 8) Check whether all flow orifice plates and control valves are installed properly.

The mechanical seal is not opened, and only the packing seal is used for water washing. After washing, the mechanical seal is replaced, which can extend the life of the mechanical seal.
Before water combined transportation, all pipelines and equipment must be purged and pressure tested, and blind plates must be added to pipelines unrelated to water combined transportation.
