For those with a moisture content of around 97%, an eccentric screw pump can be used; however, the spare parts are expensive, so brands such as Nippon or Seppick are generally chosen ; 3. Currently, rotor pumps can be used to replace screw pumps

If there are no special requirements, a centrifugal pump is the better choice – it has a low cost and high efficiency. Screw pumps have strong stability
My recommendation is to use a sludge pump, as it is designed for transporting materials with large particles and high viscosity. We have used screw pumps in the past for transporting materials similar to water, but the outlet pressure never reached a high level (that is, it did not reach the designed head), so we eventually stopped using them. Centrifugal pumps are still better in performance, cheaper, and easier to maintain.
