Which is stronger, BPEC or HQCEC?

The most well-known ones in Beijing’s chemical engineering design field are BPEC and HQCEC! However, after Sinopec’s restructuring, BPEC’s reputation was no longer as well-known as it used to be under the label “Prohibited content; please delete”. However, its years of expertise in the chemical industry remain. Huanyu was acquired by CNPC; it has made great efforts to develop itself, and has seen rapid growth this year, becoming quite impressive in the industry. Let’s all discuss the situations regarding BPEC and HQCEC.
There’s Sinopec and CNPC. But these days, it seems that the chemical and refining industries are both developing; the prospects for these fields must be very good. However, the rule of “Prohibited content – please delete” is too harsh; it takes away work from other design institutes that also belong to Sinopec. It’s really overbearing.:Q Globally—not sure. I’ve had contact with them once; the people there are quite complicated. Maybe they’ve eaten too much and haven’t digested it yet, hehe
