There is such a preheated water circulation route: RW---Grey water tank-----Low pressure gray water pump---HV1302----Gasifier----Slag locking tank----Lock hopper circulation pump inlet blind head-----Gutter-----New slag tank----Settling tank---Gey water tank, Or RW---grey water tank-----low-pressure gray water pump---HV1302----gasifier----gasifier sealing tank-----slag tank----settling tank----grey water tank. Does Fangjia have any optimized routes, for example, RW-----gasifier----gasifier sealing tank-----slag tank----slag tank pump-----HV1302----gasifier? ? ? Is this route feasible? ? ?
The previous one is OK, you can also use the deaerator cycle. The last route seems to be OK, but in fact I feel it is not possible. The local circulation is not good. Once the feed is fed, the overall water circulation starts. The water volume fluctuates greatly, and the water balance for stable production is difficult to establish in the short term, which is not conducive to operation. Therefore it is not advisable. I would like to ask if "deaerator circulation" means directly using a high-pressure gray water pump? Is this possible? Is this how our factory drawings are designed? I wonder if it can be achieved? ? ?
easy route: RW---Slag pool----Preheated water pump-------Water volume regulating valve-------Quick water pipeline---------Quick water filter-----Quench chamber------Gasifier water sealing tank-----Slag pool
I think it means the same as "RW-----Gasifier----Gasifier sealed tank-----Slag pool----Slag pool pump------HV1302----Gasifier", but "RW---Slag pool----". . . ”? Are there any manufacturers like this? ?
RW---slag pool----preheated water pump-------quench water pipeline--------water volume regulating valve--------quench water filter-----quench chamber------lock hopper-----the slag pool is discharged directly from the lock hopper, and the slag lock valve is closed after the system starts to cycle.
When the temperature is rising, the lock hopper is discharged directly. Can it ensure that the air enters the gasifier through the lock hopper? Affect the negative pressure of the gasifier and cause tempering?
Insert the lock hopper slag discharge pipeline below the liquid level of the slag pool to form a water seal and prevent air from entering the gasifier through the lock hopper. This direct discharge method has been applied in Shanghai Coking, Nanjing Jinling and other companies and has achieved good results.: During the drying process, there is molten slag flowing down from the gasifier and directly discharged to the slag pool.
The method of locking buckets for direct discharge is generally not to be adopted lightly. This method must ensure that the liquid level in the slag tank is at a high and stable level, and requires high levels of employee supervision. Some manufacturers have had problems, so be careful when using it.
I think the key to using the deaerated water cycle is the water temperature. If the water temperature is low, it will be fine. However, in the case of two open and one standby, the furnace is turned down and the water temperature of the deaeration tank should be about 110 degrees. If it is used as preheated water to vaporize in a slightly negative pressure gasifier, the purpose will not be achieved! How feasible is the deoxygenated water cycle? What's the point of the operation? ? ? ? Please help me, thank you
You can also use the low-pressure gray water pump RW --- gray water tank --- low-pressure gray water pump --- FV101 --- gasifier -- gasifier sealing tank --- slag tank --- slag tank pump --- settling tank --- gray water tank as the original poster said.: RW --- Gray water tank --- Low-pressure gray water pump --- FV101 -- Gasifier -- Gasifier black water flow control valve -- Settling tank -- Gray water tank The gray water temperature is 77°C, which can meet the needs of the oven. However, during operation, attention should be paid to controlling the low liquid level of the gasifier but not allowing gas leakage.
Replenish: It seems that it is not a lock bucket direct discharge. There seems to be a dedicated preheated water discharge port at the lower part of the quench chamber of the gasifier, which is lower than the black water port. The main reason is to avoid sealing the down pipe port when considering the oven!
