The blocks that were created on one’s own computer don’t appear when inserted into someone else’s computer?
It’s possible that the object selected while creating the block is located far from the origin, and no base point for the block was specified; in such cases, the default point (0,0,0) is used as the base point. In this way, when the display scale on the screen is large, when a block is inserted, the objects that can actually be displayed within that block end up being far away from the insertion point, causing them to go outside the screen range and thus not be visible.
I feel the same way; try using Z-A or E to see if it works.
That makes sense; if the original poster displays it in full screen, it should be visible. Could it also be related to layers being frozen or disabled?
The reason is simple! It’s possible that the colors are the same, but the layers are different; in fact, it has already been copied, it just isn’t displayed.
It seems that different layers are also acceptable, as the format along with the image is copied when it’s duplicated
You can check if it’s a layer issue; by turning on all layers, you’ll be able to see it
It’s possible that the scale of the images is different, so it’s hard to spot in a corner. You can enter the command zoom, then type a and press Enter.

Unless you are using a newer version of CAD that has not been converted to an older version, older versions may not be able to recognize it
