In my opinion, the function of a oil transfer station is to simply process the oil and gas before transporting it elsewhere. According to the regulations, crude oil can be stored for 24 hours; I recommend using horizontal tanks with a capacity of 100 cubic meters, as this facilitates construction and procurement. However, our management prefers tanks with fixed domes, as during the trial production phase the export pipelines have not yet been built, and more crude oil storage capacity is needed to supply the vehicles for transportation. I hope everyone can help discuss this; I don’t understand trial drilling, and how this contradiction can be resolved.
The biggest advantage of my method is that it comes with a complete set of equipment, the construction period is very short, and everything is disguised.
Vault tanks are more convenient for construction and procurement. Horizontal tanks take up space, and transportation is inconvenient; let’s do as your supervisor suggests.
