There is a lot of original acid mist generated during the roasting of zinc concentrate, which makes it impossible to observe the sight hole of the foam tower. Obvious acid mist can be seen in the electric defogging sight hole. The secondary current of the electric defogger is low and there is a slight discharge. Can you please help analyze what is the reason? ? Thanks
If there is pickling purification + two-stage electric defogging, the acid mist depends on the effect after drying. Generally, there will be no problem in the first half.
There are two suggestions: Check the defoaming effect of the demister in front of the electric demister. It is critical to remove large acid mist particles in the early stage. ； Check the secondary voltage. If it is far beyond the normal indicator, it is recommended to lower it. If the secondary voltage is already relatively low, try raising it. Electric acid mist is a very critical indicator. If this step is not done well, the acid mist at the fan outlet will increase accordingly.
