There is positive pressure at the outlet of the boiling furnace; it can be seen that some flame is coming out, while there should be negative pressure at the pipe outlet. What’s going on? I would appreciate the guidance of the experts……
A similar situation has occurred in our factory, and the reasons are as follows: 1. It may be due to excessive low-air flow in the boiling furnace; 2. Local layer perforation caused by local scarring. 3. Another possibility is that if there are cooling water pipes installed inside the furnace, those pipes might have ruptured. The pressure at the bottom of the furnace is too high, or there are issues with the furnace chamber; perforations in the material layer may occur, or it’s possible that the cooling water pipes are leaking
My opinion: Besides the reasons mentioned above, 1. the bottom pressure is too low; 2. The raw materials are too fine (the proportion of powder is too high) ; 3 The moisture content of the raw material is too high.

Under normal production conditions, when there is positive pressure at the furnace opening, the likelihood of water leakage from the water tank is high, which can be determined by checking the temperature in the purification process. Secondly, the air volume of the furnace front fan increases automatically; adjusting the air volume will suffice. If scarring occurs, it can be determined by checking the bottom pressure and furnace temperature.
It may be caused by local scarring or water tank leakage.
1. If there is a water tank, it might be leaking. 2. With slurry feeding, it is also possible that the discharge port is blocked.
