First, test the coal quality. Then, 1) adjust the fineness of the coal powder; 2) supply air in a graded manner to reduce the heat load in the high-temperature areas; 3) if there is a pre-combustion zone in the furnace, remove some of it as appropriate.
There are mainly three factors that affect boiler slagging: the composition of coal ash, the ambient temperature in the furnace, and the aerodynamic field inside the furnace. The composition of coal ash is the root cause of coking, while the temperature of the furnace environment is the primary external factor affecting slag formation. The quality of the aerodynamic field within the furnace plays an important role in boiler slagging.
The slagging process on the heated surface is related to various complex factors. Slagging due to any reason is caused by two basic conditions: first, when the flame is close to the furnace wall, the ash in the flue gas remains in a molten state; second, the flame directly impacts the heated surfaces.
Clean it first before use; compressed air is generally used for this purpose.
