Pipelines are prone to deflation in summer; what should be noted during pressure relief operations?

1. During inspections, the operator checks the readings on the pressure gauge. The pressure in the pipeline leading to the pump must be released into the tank containing the same type of oil. This process is carried out by the operator; after pressure release, the valve used for releasing pressure should be closed. The operator must monitor the level in the pressure relief tank and keep records of these changes. It is advisable to use a dedicated record book for such purposes, with checks marked off to reduce the workload on the employees. 2. Apply anti-corrosion coating (one that can reflect sunlight) to the pressure-boosting pipeline to prevent the pressure from rising too rapidly due to sunlight. 3. Insulate the pressure-boosting pipeline to prevent heat loss and block sunlight exposure. 4. Install pressure gauges on the pressure-boosting pipelines and enable remote monitoring, setting upper and lower limit alarms to allow employees to keep the pipeline pressure under control and prevent leaks caused by excessive pressure. :)
