Can raw materials for refineries be unloaded and brought into the plant? This will result in people from outside the factory entering at the same time, posing risks to personnel management. They wander around out of curiosity and other reasons, and are not able to recognize dangers well.
If the management of outsiders entering the plant is inadequate, there are many potential risks. For those who must enter the plant despite insufficient conditions, stricter management is necessary, as refineries have numerous sources of danger. When the conditions are met, it should be unloaded in the dedicated unloading area, not in the storage tank area.
