Check the entire pipeline for any areas where steam insulation is inadequate, that is, situations where drainage is poor or non-existent That’s basically the issue. Of course, a leak in the sulfur pipe is also a problem; it would be troublesome if that happened.
The insulation isn’t adequate, so the temperature is low
How long has it been in use? Is it really crystallization? The heat tracing system can be checked first; it might be caused by the deposition of impurities.
Generally, it is due to excessive or insufficient steam temperature and pressure, blocked drainage systems, or dead zones in the insulation jacket. In extreme cases, the valve core may fall off, the liquid sulfur filter may not function properly, and the sediment at the bottom can block the inlet.
I took it apart to examine it today and found a lot of impurities; these impurities are combustible, and analysis shows that they also contain soluble inorganic salts.
Find a small piece of sulfur and scratch it on the jacket to check whether the sulfur melts, in order to see if there is any blockage caused by inadequate heating of the jacket.
