I’m not sure what the structure of your horizontal tube primary cooler is – does it have spray nozzles? If equipped with a spraying tube, the main reasons for poor naphthalene removal are: too low a proportion of tar in the spraying solution ； The temperature of the spray liquid is too low ； Insufficient spraying amount ； Poor spraying effect (poor dispersion and atomization), etc. – a comprehensive analysis is required. If a spraying tube is not available, the effect on removing naphthalene is poor. It can be cleaned with hot gas.
