As the title suggests: Where are the best vertical long-shaft pumps? Used to transfer coal tar from the oil drainage tank into the oil tank! I’ll recommend some manufacturers!
We rarely use long-shaft pumps for coal tar processing; firstly, its viscosity is high, and secondly, long-shaft pumps are difficult to maintain. So it is generally not chosen. We usually choose twin-screw pumps, which are not affected by vacuum conditions and can handle viscous fluids. It seems there are many long-shaft pumps in Yantai; we use them for treating wastewater, and they work quite well
What organization does the original poster work for? Does your company produce coal tar, or do you use coal tar? Our factory uses long-stroke pumps, and those are from Zibo
For thin-oil unloading pumps, it is better to use the self-priming pumps produced by Shenyang Corrosion-Resistant Alloy Pump Factory. Screw pumps are generally used for heavy oil. Long-shaft pumps should be used as little as possible.
