It is a normal phenomenon; if it causes no damage to the equipment and does not affect the drying efficiency, no action is required. If that’s not possible, you can ask the manufacturer whether they offer insulation.

Do you mean the liquid storage tank of the cold dryer? If so, rubber and plastic insulation materials should be used for thermal insulation.
The liquid storage tank on the high-pressure side should not frost over; there should be no liquid storage tank on the low-pressure side, only a liquid distributor
