The book "New Coking Technology" introduces the working principle of this system. The system maintains a negative pressure of 300Pa in the gas collecting pipe. There is a water tank with a tapered bottom corresponding to the lower end of the bridge tube of each carbonization chamber. The water tank is placed in the gas collecting pipe. The water tank is equipped with a piston and a piston rod. A set of adjustment mechanisms and water pipes are installed outside each bridge tube. According to the design requirements, the system has three functions. The first function is to realize smokeless coal loading. When loading coal, all the water in the water tank is emptied, so that the coal charging chamber is connected to a 300Pa gas collecting pipe. The carbonizing chamber is under negative pressure, and there is no need to spray high-pressure ammonia water at the bridge pipe. The second function adjusts the pressure of each carbonization chamber individually. During the entire coking process from coal loading to coking, the pressure of each carbonization chamber changes with the amount of gas generated. PROven tries to adjust it at any time so that the pressure in the carbonization chamber is not too high, reducing the leakage of waste gas, and at the end of coking, ensuring that there is no negative pressure in the carbonization chamber. The third function realizes water sealing at the end of the bridge tube. When pushing coke, fill the water tank with water and cut off the connection between the carbonization chamber and the gas collecting pipe, which plays the same role as the conventional water sealing valve at the end of the bridge pipe.
