What kind of pump is generally used for the oil pump at the outlet of a heat transfer oil furnace? Centrifugal pump? Should a safety valve be installed on the pump outlet pipeline?
It can be a centrifugal pump; no safety valve is required on the pump’s outlet pipeline (the heat transfer oil pipeline is equipped with an automatic reflux control device)
For centrifugal pumps, if the temperature of the heat transfer oil is very high and the operating conditions on site are harsh, shielded pumps are also used.
