The outlet of the riser is usually a quick splitter, or it is directly connected to the coarse spinner and then to the single spinner; there are both direct connections, also known as hard connections, and flexible connections. For a single-choice option, it connects to the gas collection chamber, and from there the gas exits through what is known as the oil-gas line. There are many reasons for coking, and it is also related to the connection method.

What the original poster is referring to is the connection method between coarse spirals and fine spirals, right? The connection method has little to do with coking in the settler!
