The pipeline that connects the single-stage decomposer to the two-stage decompression heater experiences significant vibration when operating at full load. In typical urea production processes, the decomposition cycle system, especially the first and second decomposition towers, does not have liquid level control during normal operation. If the pipe diameter is too large, air leakage is more likely to occur, and the flow of mixtures through the pipes can cause vibrations.
