Dear masters, does anyone know what tool is used to measure the oil level at the sampling ports of internal floating roof naphtha tanks? Is it a weight attached to a rope?
I’ve never seen a naphtha sampler. I have seen samplers for refined oil: a section of rope with copper wire, along with small standard copper containers; I don’t know their exact volume. I’m not sure if the samplers for naphtha and Chengping oil are the same :)
It’s the same; it’s just that naphtha is a bit lighter. Additionally, the oil measurement holes on the floating disk need to be open
A regular quality inspection scale will do; they all have copper hammers.
On site, people usually just use a ruler to measure it; the front part is made of copper!
