Gentlemen, I recently heard from our factory’s experienced technicians that 10,000 cubic meters of natural gas can be used to produce 1 ton of product (light oil and liquefied gas). I’m not sure if such an assertion is reliable, and what the basis for it is What should the normal output ratio be? Some knowledgeable expert, please give me some advice! Thank you! 4th floor. This can be calculated manually: the yield of light hydrocarbons = amount of light hydrocarbons recovered / volume of natural gas processed, with the unit being tons per 10,000 cubic meters. The theoretical value designed for our unit is 2.5, while the actual value achieved in operation is 1.7
The yield of natural gas from different components may vary, and the yield of light oil from natural gas is not very high
Our factory currently has two recycling stations; both have a daily gas processing capacity of around 60,000 to 70,000 cubic meters, with an average daily production of about 10 tons. Compared to the same period in 2008, the daily gas processing volume remained between 80,000 and 90,000 units; the average daily output per station was 12 tons at Station A and 15 tons at Station B. At present, a decline in production and a reduction in gas volume are important reasons for this, but even compared to last year’s output levels, production is still dropping significantly; the output ratio is much lower than it was during the same period last year. Could everyone please suggest any other possible factors that might be affecting production? ? Or technical personnel from similar organizations and companies could also join in to discuss it. PS: The operating parameters have not changed, nor has the production process been altered. All technical parameters are similar to those of last year.
