Dry desulfurization can be used; two desulfurization towers can be installed before the dewatering unit, and the desulfurizing agent needs to be replaced every 3–6 months. The main goal is to reduce H2S levels to below 20 mg/m3; this results in minimal corrosion damage to the facilities, and it also meets the requirements for **Category II natural gas.
