Why does a switch-type self-regulating valve open automatically?

One of the on-off type self-regulating valves we use sometimes experiences the following problems: 1. After attempting to close it, the DCS indicates that it is closed, but the valve in reality remains open； 2. When in the off state, if no switch signal is given, it will turn on automatically. Is it a problem with the solenoid valve or something else? Please give me some advice!
I suggest you ask at the control panel area; I think it’s more professional there. 1. If the DCS commands the valve to close but nothing happens on site, it could be due to the solenoid valve not functioning, air leakage, or issues with the instrument signals that prevent the valve from closing. 2. Regarding this issue, I think it’s purely a DCS-related problem with no connection to the actual site.
Check if the air supply pressure is insufficient
