What could be the cause of sudden brittle cracking in the large vent valve used for normal-pressure electrodialysis when it is opened? (The temperature and pressure are not high; the temperature is around 50–60 degrees, and the pressure in the electrodialysis tank reaches a maximum of 2.0 MPA. It’s probably still a quality issue. The pressure is 20 atmospheres; I’m not sure whether a relief valve should be added to reduce the pressure in such a situation. The cracking of the valve may also be related to this. Also, could it be due to the torsional stress on the valve disc or the damage caused by impurities entering the valve body? It’s hard to say; I think a pressure regulation device and an impurity filter valve should be installed before the main drain valve
