Reference formula for calculating the operating costs of gas generation stations: (Data sourced from the Internet). How to calculate the cost of producing gas at such stations in a quick and efficient manner, so as to provide decision-makers with relevant information for making decisions, is the first issue that technical personnel involved in research and selection must address. Based on some computational experience, a relatively simple and practical reference formula for calculation has been derived, provided here for the reference of fellow technicians. 1. Raw data: (1) Gas production rate from coal: (A) Nm3/kg of coal; (2) Heat value of the gas: (B) KJ/Nm3; (3) Price of coal: (C) yuan/Kg; (4) Electricity cost: (D) yuan/Kw.h (average value for reference); (5) Electricity consumption: (E) Kw; (6) Electricity factor: 0.8; (7) Total number of workers at the facility: (F) persons; (8) Average daily wage per worker: (X) yuan/day; (9) Cost of equipment: (Y) yuan. 2. Calculation of operating costs for the gas station: (1) Actual demand for gas: (Q) Nm3/h; (2) Actual coal consumption: Q÷A = (G) Kg/h; (3) Cost of coal: G×C = (H) yuan/h; (4) Cost of electricity: (E×0.8)×D = (K) yuan/h; (5) Costs related to water, steam, and management (2% of the coal and electricity costs): (H+K)×2% = (M) yuan/h; (6) Labor costs: (X÷24)×F = (N) yuan/h; (7) Equipment depreciation (depreciation period: 10 years): Y÷(365×10×24) = (R) yuan/h; (8) Total cost per hour for gas production: H+K+M+N+R = (T) yuan/h; (9) Cost per Nm3 of gas: T÷Q = (V) yuan/Nm3; (10) Cost per KJ of heat generated by the gas: V÷B = (W) yuan/KJ.
