Valve leakage in the catalytic slurry system

There is a leak in the valve cover of the slurry system in the catalytic cracking unit; how should it be handled during a shutdown? What material is good for large covers, and does the material need to be treated? I am not able to award extra points across different sections; I ask members who are enthusiastic about participating in discussions to understand this. What material is your valve made of? Using gasketing should not be a problem
1. It is possible to carry out online focusing without shutting down the operation; a punching device can be used for this purpose. 2. If processing is done after shutting down the operation, it is recommended to replace it with a new one
Fasten with a clip or weld it directly according to the material; replace it after work stops!
A graphite wound gasket will do; proper heat tightening is key. When installing the gasket, try applying one-sided sealant to see how it works.
