The first shift method we have installed is "five shifts, three shifts", and now we are going to try out the "six shifts, three shifts, one training" shift method. Does a friend's unit use this method, how to shift? What are the employees' feedback? Please enlighten me!
In fact, the original staff are divided into six teams, and one class is regularly taken out in batches for training. In essence, it is still a three-to-one training model for five classes. As long as it is not a three-to-one training for five classes, employees should be more welcome.

The original team is re-divided into six teams, five of which continue to implement the original shift method of "five shifts and three operations", and the other team is trained. The trained team is rotated once, and the replacement team is determined. Pay attention to two issues: 1. The content of the training must be useful or of interest to employees, otherwise the training will be ineffective. 2. The rotation time must be a multiple of 5, otherwise it cannot be replaced.
