I’ve already signed the agreement; I don’t want to go anymore. How to put it? Should I simply say that I’m not suitable for the company’s development, or give some other explanation?
It’s easy to find reasons, but usually there’s a penalty fee that has to be paid
First, think before you act; Secondly, without hesitation ; Finally, once you start, there’s no turning back.
How could you not think this through earlier? There must be better options available; this isn’t good
LZ is amazing; many people can’t find anything to do.
Just pay the penalty fee; these days it’s rare to hear of companies breaking their agreements without taking back students, while it’s even rarer to find students who refuse to sign agreements with certain organizations!
I’d like to say a few words about this as well. Actually, an employment agreement doesn’t have much binding power. If you really don’t want to go anymore, then don’t go; talk openly with the recruiter, explain your situation and the reasons why you can’t proceed. Generally, there’s no big problem with that. If one really has to spend some money, then go ahead and do it; the most important thing is to be honest with oneself. Anyway, returning something after signing an agreement is really… Come on, young man, keep it up!
An employment agreement is not a contract. When we signed before, it seemed like there was no clause regarding liquidated damages.
As long as one is satisfied with themselves, it usually doesn’t matter to the employer; moreover, hiring people isn’t that difficult, so they won’t care about any explanations.
Have you found a new employer? Go talk to the company you signed with first and see what they have to say Not all cases require a penalty fee. If not, it’s simple; you can just leave. If you need it, you’ll have to talk to the next party to see if they will pay you a penalty fee. But every choice must be made carefully, as there is no remedy for regret in this world
