Block raises doubts

When creating external blocks, settings such as those of the original image layer can be saved along with them within the block. When a new image is created and an external block is inserted, the layers in the new image end up containing elements from the original layer, resulting in a messy layout of layers. I would appreciate it if experts could advise on how to keep the new layer unchanged as much as possible.
Didn’t you do any searching before posting? How many times have I said it? Create the block at layer 0; when it’s inserted, its properties will be determined by the properties of the layer where it’s inserted at that time.
Thank you! I’m using someone else’s blocks; do I need to create them again? Is the same true for lines, annotations, and fonts as well as layers? It seems there’s a setting option when creating a block. This post was last edited by tkz_nj on 2009-4-1 15:14]
Using someone else’s blocks will, of course, cause conflicts with the layers you use, resulting in a messy appearance.
Just brush it with a brush – is that that difficult?
