Where should I start learning about the chemical industry?

I just started working at a state-owned chemical company. By looking at what my seniors have done, I’m not sure how to master the necessary skills; there’s so much to learn, and there are also many things I don’t know yet. Should I focus on mastering one skill thoroughly, or should I explore more different areas? It’s really confusing! Please, seniors, show me the way
There is a difference in when one learns something, and everyone has their own area of expertise! Don’t rush; if you could learn it in just a few days, how would the older generations be able to make a living? First refine one aspect, then move on to others
I suggest that you first learn the parts that are most necessary in your current work or operations; once you can handle the tasks proficiently, then you can move on to basic theoretical knowledge or related fields depending on the nature of your work.
