There is no assessment for the payment of allowances to technical experts; in principle, it amounts to 300 per month, with additional special rewards given when activities are carried out. Starting this month, plans are to carry out various activities gradually. The initial idea is for experts to recommend excellent topics or respond to posts in this section on a monthly basis, to reward members who are actively involved, and at the same time to identify and recommend outstanding members. Please discuss whether the above ideas are appropriate.

We firmly support the decision to go beyond the standard version, but it depends on the level of participation; members who are enthusiastic should be rewarded generously.
