Water quality management system: 1. For water used in steam boilers, there should be full-time or part-time water quality testers, and water quality management should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the \"Boiler Water Treatment Management Rules\". 2. Regularly test and analyze the water quality. 3. The water quality shall meet the requirements specified in GB1576 \"Water Quality for Industrial Boilers\". 4. Water quality managers should use scale inhibitors and descalers regularly to prevent and remove scale from the boiler, based on its operating conditions. Job Responsibility System for Water Treatment Personnel: 1. Strictly comply with GB1576 \"Standards for Water Quality in Industrial Boilers\" and relevant operating procedures to ensure proper water treatment. Work closely with the boiler operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the boiler. II. Strictly abide by labor discipline, stay at one’s post, follow dispatch instructions, and avoid engaging in any activities unrelated to production. III. Conduct timely and accurate chemical analyses of raw water, soft water, and boiler water, etc., and properly fill in the operation records of water treatment equipment as well as the water quality test records. IV. Carry out proper maintenance of water treatment equipment, ensure that the equipment remains in good condition at all times, is kept tidy and clean, and promote civilized production practices. V. Have the authority to stop anyone from working in violation of regulations, and refuse to follow any orders that violate such regulations. VI. Establish a regular sludge discharge system and ensure that the boiler operators comply with it. VII. Strive to learn water treatment technology knowledge and continuously improve the skill level in water treatment operations.
