How are the tube box flanges of vertical heat exchangers determined? Is it calculated based on design data or are there relevant standards?
Standard JB4701~03. The standard is not calculated by oneself.
Please provide the design parameters so that experts in container technology can help analyze them. You can refer to the standard JB4701~03. Or take a look at HG20592-97
It’s difficult to determine without design parameters; generally, JB4701~03 is used
The lower tube box flange may require consideration of the tube box weight
This is hardly a concern; the flange fasteners under the relevant parameters are sufficient to lift the weight of the pipe tray.
If the bolt area has very little margin, it is possible that the clamping force of the gasket will be insufficient
