The GB50160-2008 version currently circulating online is missing several key diagrams, and its layout is messy. This is something I spent 2 days compiling myself; it includes everything except for the appendix – there is only Appendix A, with no explanatory text – and it contains two key tables as well! Additionally, this version is likely also a draft for approval; it should differ from the final version only in a few words or phrases, with the content remaining essentially unchanged! However, my account level isn’t high enough to allow me to upload attachments; there’s no other way, so I have to store it on a cloud storage service and provide a link for everyone to download it! It’s not bad; everyone can download and give it a try. We don’t know yet when the official version will be available.
The internet speed is too slow; is that why it can’t be downloaded?
I tried it just now; with my home’s 1M China Telecom network, the download speed was around 105 kb/s. I didn’t use any downloading tools like Xunlei, so it’s definitely possible to download!

The original poster is really thoughtful! It is indeed a version that required a lot of effort to organize. I had downloaded one from some website before; its content was incomplete and its format was messy, making it completely unreadable. The entry in this version is clear and easy to learn from; thank you very much.
