Job Overview: Responsible for managing workshop production, organizing, coordinating, and directing various tasks within the workshop to ensure that work plans and targets are met.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the quality of work and progress of workers in the workshop.
2. Plan and assign tasks, ensuring compliance with established procedures and rules.
3. Coordinate the progress of various tasks in the workshop, adjusting the workflow according to production schedules.
4. Resolve issues that arise during workers’ operations.
5. Propose improvements to manufacturing processes, production equipment, and the working environment.
6. Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Duties:
1. Be accountable for the productivity of workshop operations.
2. Provide guidance on how to perform tasks at various production positions.
3. Ensure that subordinates adhere to labor discipline, maintain proper work order, and exhibit a positive attitude.
4. Take responsibility for the impact of workshop activities on the company as a whole.
5. Be responsible for the impact of the production department on the company’s overall performance.
6. Maintain good communication with relevant departments in accordance with established procedures, and resolve disputes between departments promptly.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree or higher in industrial engineering or a related field.
Training: Training in production management, management skills, and product knowledge.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in workshop management.
Skills:
1. Familiarity with all aspects of workshop operations.
2. Knowledge and skills in production management.
3. Proficiency in using office software.
